Return Policy

At Rejuvenate we strive to provide you with the best products and service. 

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Return Window

  • You may return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery/purchase.
  • Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify.

Ineligible Returns

  • Opened or used products (except for defective items).
  • Products without original packaging or accessories.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers.

Refund Options

  • Original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Store credit (valid for 6 months).

Refund Amounts

  • Full refund for defective or damaged products.
  • Full refund for unopened and unused products.
  • Partial refund (50%) for opened or used products (case-by-case basis).

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Changes to Return Policy

  • Think-Rejuvenate reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time.

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging.
  • Products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email info@think-rejuvenate.co.za
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  4. Package the product(s) securely and include the RMA number.
  5. Ship the return to: [we will provide address].
  6. Refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10
  7. business days after receiving the return.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange for the same product or equivalent value.
  • Additional shipping costs apply for exchanges.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos and order number for replacement or refund.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address
  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes

Delivery Methods

  1. Express Shipping
    • Delivery within 1-3 business days (South Africa) R 120 flat rate
    • Free Express shipping on orders over R1500
  2. Airport Store Pickup
    • Collect your order at OR Tambo International Airport – (by prior arrangement)
    • No additional shipping cost
